Collected my free movie passes from Nuffnang~!!

Salam n hye everyone~!!


Yesterday morning, I had a few hours before my class at noon. So, I decided to go & collect the free movie passes that Nuffnang & TGV Cinemas have given for my b'day. (Click here to read about it)


The Nuffnang office is located in Heritage House, Jalan Yap Ah Shak. At first, I didn't know where on earth that was. So I googled it's address.

The red arrow points to the Heritage House. It's juz situated beside Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel. The purple triangle is the Medan Tuanku Monorail station, while the orange triangle is the Dang Wangi LRT station. (I went there via LRT)


And to be extra sure, I also sent a ticket to Nuffnang about their location. And they replied as well.

So, after going there yesterday, I now have 4 free movie passes in my hand!! 

It's valid until 15 October 2011. I dunno when I'm going to the movies. Do you any good movies to watch? Do tell.. ^_^

NIEW Ladies Carnival @ UM

Salam n hye everyone~!!


Last Tuesday, there was a big event in UM. It was the NIEW Ladies Carnival. NIEW stands for NAM Institute for the Empowerment of Women. (OK, I googled that word juz now)

There were a lot of booths & activities going on at the carnival. But I could only spend an hour there as I had classes to attend to. Big names were attending the event, such as Dato' Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil, and even celebrities like Adam, Ana Raffali, Bienda & Najwa Latif. (But I couldn't meet them all, huhu~... "-_-)


There was this big poster hung up, where girls wrote some message & signed on it. It was to show our support for the empowerment of women. 

I also joined as well. My message is at the very bottom. Here's a close-up of what I wrote, hihi~..

A carnival/event like this should be held more often in UM & other local universities. It helps in sending out the message of women's rights in Malaysia & worldwide. (There was a talk about how to prevent & curb baby-dumping)

In the previous entry, I showed you a sneak peek of a prize that I received yesterday. Wanna know why I got it? Hihi~... This is actually the prize for winning in the Facebook category in SakuraBoutique-Syawal GiveAway Contest (click here to read about the win)

I was actually surprised when I first got the package. (Coz I didn't know why I was getting the package, hehe...) Then, when I looked at the envelope and saw the word "cosmetics", immediately I remembered of winning the GA by Sakura Boutique. As you can see, the cosmetics are worth RM150.

I'm not at all sure how to apply & use these products. Thank god there were instructions for the products, hehe.. >_<

I used to wear Clinique facial care products, such as the facial wash & toner set. But that was years ago, before I got married & had Hannah. Clinique is such a nice brand, it doesn't irritate my skin. But I haven't had the chance to buy the products (as you know, they are quite expensive).

Hubby's b'day is today~!!! ^_^

Today is another special day in my life. Coz today is Hubby's 27th b'day~!!! Hepi b'day, Hubby!! ^_^

I love Hubby to bits~!! I don't really think that I can live without him. He's like the air that I breathe, he's my very soul. Although right now we're far apart bcoz of my studies, it feels like he's always wif me 24-7. 


So here is a poem that I've juz created while writing this entry. (Yup, spontaneously~..) Esp for Hubby.

Hubby, Happy Birthday!

He supports me when I'm unsure of myself

He cheers me up when I feel down

He makes me feel just like a queen

who is given a brand new crown.

He lends me his shoulders and arms

when I feel stressed out and need to cry

Although both of us are miles apart

It always feels like he's right nearby.

Today marks his 27th birthday

Happy Birthday, Hubby Bear~!!

I hope that for many years to come

on this very special day 

I'll be there to celebrate with him

Just like I do before and today.

Learning Nihongo (Japanese)~!!!

A new sem has started. Today begins the 3rd week of the sem. And I'm in my final year, huhu~... I really hope that I can graduate by next year.


Anyway, for this sem, I have taken up a Japanese language class. Hait. Watashi wa Nisa-desu. Haha.. I'm still a beginner.

The Hiragana chart

I've got tonnes of shukudai (homework) for Japanese class. I've got to practice writing the Hiragana characters. (all 48 characters, mind you!!)

There's still so much to do~... 

And I've got to memorise all of them as well. It doesn't really matter much, coz I love Nihongo~!! ^_^ Plus, my sensei (Kaori-sensei) is super kawaii~... >_<

A Burberry Body sample for me~!!

The last few days, Ina a.k.a IntaNBerliaN & tiefazatie have blogged about receiving a perfume sample from Burberry. I myself was anticipating to receive mine, hehe.. (Who doesn't want Burberry, right?)


At last, yesterday, the sample arrived at my doorstep. I got a Burberry Body perfume sample & a card of gratitude as well.

The card simply thanks me for being Burberry's Facebook fan.

So along wif the perfume that Hubby got for me (Mood Magic by Nutox), and also the cute perfume my sis Ijah got for my b'day, this Burberry perfume will be added to the collection. Hehe..

My 1st ever BE is now an ME~...

Got some news about Nuffnang again today. Remember I wrote about getting my 1st BE? (Click here to refresh your memory)


After more than 1 month appearing in my blog, that BE is now an ME. My 4th ME, to be exact.

But I'm not really upset about this ME. Coz it has stayed much longer than the rest of the MEs. I've earned RM1.51 from it alone.. (which isn't that much compared to other bloggers, but I'm grateful all the same, hehe..)


So now I'm left wif 3 BEs in my blog. Hope they will decide to stay longer as well, hihi~...
